• Chimp Haven welcomes and encourages visitors to take photographs for personal use and to share their experience at the sanctuary with friends and family. We would love for you to tag us on social media @ChimpHaven or using the hashtags #ChimpLife and #ChimpHaven.
• While on the grounds, please know that visitors may be photographed or recorded on video by Chimp Haven photographers and videographers, and that these images and likeness therein may be used for the purpose of promoting Chimp Haven. You may choose to opt out by informing the photographer.
• Commercial photography and filming at the sanctuary is prohibited without prior permission from Chimp Haven. For commercial photography and filming requests, contact chimphavenmedia@pcipr.com or call 312.558.1770.

Chimp Haven strives to provide a memorable and educational experience for every visitor. Given that most Chimp Haven events take place outdoors in the sanctuary’s rural setting, please be aware that walkways at the event are gravel and often uneven, and may be difficult to navigate for those with limited mobility. Our parking lot and walkways may also be muddy in the event of rain. Guests should expect to walk on foot to view chimpanzee habitats and access event amenities. Hayrides are not wheelchair accessible. Other Chimp Haven events may have additional accessibility options. Chimp Haven is committed to improving accessibility for guests and visitors; if you have questions about event accessibility or would like to discuss accessibility options, please reach out to us at events@chimphaven.org.

Chimp Haven events typically occur rain or shine. No refunds are available, and all unused tickets are considered a donation to Chimp Haven. If an event must be canceled by Chimp Haven, ticket holders may receive a refund or they may use their ticket to attend a rescheduled event (if available).
